Notes on prices

Prices shown are for the property (not per person) per week in UK pounds.
£25 for late check out if available. Extra discounts offered for long term lets, from November to end of March, on the above prices. Please enquire.

Booking deposit details

Deposit must be paid at the time of the booking and returned with the booking form. The balance is payable 10 weeks before date of departure.
In the event of cancellations, deposits will not be refundable. If the cancellation is after the balance is paid, this is not refundable, we highly recommend travel insurance which should cover this.

Changeover day

Changeover day is usually Wednesday but we can be flexible. On changeover days you will have access to the apartment at 14.00. On departure days you will be required to vacate the apartment at 11.00. Late check out can sometimes be arranged.
